when will Cisco Encoder be fully functional and how it's going to make significant difference in Quality of 4K : PQ & AQ in comparison with 2day's quality???

Biggest mystery is does Recording feature will be available for free or not ?

They steal money from customers saying for 4K STB(so called USB external DVR) it's mandatory to Activate recording..whereas for DVR-inbult HD no since it's huge price..
It'll come after WC2015..otherwise they can't show repetitive India matches by daily on 999 in 4K..
They are in implementing phase looks like because 4K UHD STB manual shows Recording function integrated remote picture which they will have to provide.
And I hope d2h 4K STB will provide Dual tuner recording support as 2 tuner mark is there in prod. s/w info.This is most imp.

B.t.w This article more talks about Ciso Encoders way making in d2h HEVC-265 and probably Futuristic VOD services.
