This time they should be able to migrate pan-india...wherever they want and whenever they want...because hopefully all channels will be on new satellite and any subscriber migrated in Assam or in Kerla should be fine as he will be getting his assamia channel or his malyalam channel as new satellite will not have any space issue as such...
