I think this is not new...................J&K has different flag & head of state is called as Sadr-e-Riyasat............
It has 6 yr term..............

I think now we will understand the importance of section 370................

So whats the matter ? Literally J&K is like independent state and local politicians and specially local peoples of J&K will never looks to joined India and will remain like they're right now.

This is what Modi's double tongue.Every time he opposes about J&K special flag and he always says about 370 article when he was in opposition.now he is in power and allowing J&K flag with Indian flag.that means J&K in not in a part of india.Wah modi shabhash...ye tho had kardhi..
