I also watched this documentary. Whatever they showed us was bitter truth. We like it or not, India and Indian mentality is like this.

Mukesh is a bastard and I am happy he is being hanged. He says that from now onwards people will rape and murder the victim but it won't happen. Now rapist will be more scared.

In the documentary, Nirbhaya parents told they have no issues disclosing her daughter name and I don't find any reason to hide it now. They should have disclosed it then itself. So, opposing is now does not make any sense.

These culprits are so poor, so Discarded and so illiterate that they feel rape and murder is something which make them powerful. They think so because they saw such things. We have politicians who rape and murder and then become our leaders. So there are many who treat them their idol and start walking on their path.

Also one thing which I noticed is male ego. Male always teases or misbehave with gals and feel proud. But if gals retaliate they take it on ego which happened in this case. One of the victims wife was still confident that his husband can't rape as if his son was productivity of his neighbour.

After watching this I don't find BBC violated any code of conduct. Other than the interview of Mukesh everything is fair enough to be telecasted everywhere in India.

And if we thing this malign our country image then we must realise that this is truth and even if we hide it will remain the truth.

Another interesting point about the documentary is that, that kid rapist explained as Juvenile his actual identity has been hide completely even that accuse called him juvenile not by his name, his mother face has been blur protected. So its a complete protection to kid accuse profile but they're making tamasha of rape victim by calling her name thousand of times by everyone. That documentary name is India's Daughter J***** S***** not even "Nirbhaya".

The point here is whether BBC violated law of the land & code of conduct..............Considering every aspect it becomes clear that BBC, its producers & their Indian agents / partners violated law, disclosed victim's identity, made fame & money out of a docu film for which permission was given on non-commercial basis.......

Everyone can have their POV............but country doesn't run on POV..............as there are laws, rules & regulations to govern...................So if someone especially a foreign entity like BBC is violating the law then it has to be taken very seriously.............

Just consider if any Indian media company did this in UK or US..............First of all they wouldn't have allowed it even on non-commercial basis........

I think its good thing that India is showing anger & venting frustration..............which is not the case in many western countries................This shows the ray of light & hope only in India.................

Now the question is whether to allow such docu film or not...................Even after considering realily on the ground & facts...........there has to be introspection within the country but at the same time India should not allow other countries like UK to malign the image further.............

Again the question remains that why western countries like US & UK have so much violence & rape crimes against women.............as the situation is much more grave in their own country...........

that guy's attitude and what wrong we have done as others also do the same thing and they forgot that they had done physical damage to her just because she fought back.

When his son will grow up she will tell the same to him that his father was falsely accused and then he will became rebel and do more rapes and murder.

Also the documentary highlights that there are criminals in jail who have committed more than 200 rapes still enjoying on prison and not death.
