Update Solar Outage in DTH and Television Channels

I think TS shows solar outage error screen when there is outage.............

They're the only educated persons who're running DTH rest all don't even consider such things.

Today there was a message of no signal showing

for me there was no message only Tata SKy logo and HD in top right was available during blackout.
