The broadband installation charge is 6000 rupees. That's insane ! No one has installation charge below 5000. Looks like I will have to drop the idea of broadband. :/

which one, govt or private? in case of private you have to purchase CPE and pay in advance for 3 months.

There's no free usage in 6000. 1050 has to be paid every month for 1Mbps plan.
