it is not a big deal to launch the product but after sales and availability of service centres makes the brand popular.
Thats where brands like Sony & Samsung prevails...........

I think Micromax is trying to sell the Tv sets like they sell mobile phones................but it seems buyers still are not convinced enough..............Buyers think a lot before buying a new TV set & wants to see long term value in it.......

I had planned on buying mmx 50" full HD but backed off because of warranty concerns. I would prefer buying a Sony or Samsung TV at almost half the price (imported peice) than this one. They can also provide warranty extensions like Sony does. Pay 2500 and get 2yrs extension

Everyone feels like this MMX should seriously look into this matter, if they're confident enough with themselves regarding their product then they should extend the warranty period too.
