Because Ambani has mostly taken over ROI market...........Now he may be eyeing for stronghold in south.........

Tehelka report on RIL in talks to acquire Sun TV denied by both companies

Billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) and Kalanithi Maran’s Sun TV Network have denied reports that the two parties are in talks that will see the former acquire the latter’s South India-based television network. News magazine Tehelka had reported on its website that Ambani’s RIL was conducting a due diligence for a possible acquisition of Sun TV Network that runs a fleet of 33 channels in South India.
