....because you haven't registered complaint & not facing any problem...........may be just to check for signal level about V TPs...........
They will have to come for dish re-pointing again................

Well bro they must have called for LNB Skew adjustment for GSAT10/iNSAT4A. Migration to Asiasat has not started, i called cust care after this and they confirmed
That means in some cases like mine where I did not face any signal issue in both my tata sky dishes, there is no alignment required to get the signal from GSAT-10 as well?

Even I didnt faced any signal issue during that time when they were testing vertical tps

Just adjust LNB Skew to -10.9 and make sure dish alignment is proper. Right now u should be getting 100 percent signal quality in Home TP 11010 H 27500. as vertical tp's r off
ya so during Vertical polarity testing also both my connections worked fine...so looks like for people like us who did not face issues, it is all okay...see when they add channels however and whether gsat-10 is really going to be used.
How to check by the way in tata sky stb the satellite name and TP details? Can you tell me menu path?
