IM Bro u r wrong, Equinox is athe day when both day and night r equal. 21st June is the day when day is the longest and on 21st December Night is Longest

In Iran, there is a festival called Nowruz which means New Day. Nav-Roj = New Day.
There are many similar words in Urdu and Persian.
Dost in Persian means friend.
Kitab means book.

Yes both days and nights are equal. So they are equally longest too. Isn't it?

Bro how can equal translate to longest? If day is longer then night has to be shorter and vice versa. Equal means Baraabar

Yes barabar. I know that. But understand what I am saying. Days and night both will not be as longer as today because both are equal.
On some day wither day will be longer or night will be longer but collectively today both are longer as well.
