When one of the country's leading English news channels Times Now began tweeting out as well as flashing on its television screen the hashtag [HASHTAG]#ShamedinSydney[/HASHTAG], people did not take kindly to it and things quickly backfired.
Netizens slammed the news channel on Twitter for their hashtag questioning team India, making the hashtag [HASHTAG]#ShameOnTimesNow[/HASHTAG] trend worldwide.

I think making hashtags for each & every news for popularity is started by Times Now.....Sometimes its created in a hurry & then it backfires....

I think Arnab is the biggest shame for his father's manhood. He must be thinking of why he didn't used the contraception on that night

Times Now just wants to make unnecessary headlines they don't want other channels to grab more attention and now they have done a foolish thing by hash tagging a topic which is of no use and people too have realised that for trps they can go to any extent so they backstabbed these hypocrites through social media and day will come when times now will hash tag and ask do times now be shut down [HASHTAG]#shutdown[/HASHTAG] times now

I think Times Now should be in a bit of professionals, they should not start war against BCCI on everything , except to shout on BCCI XI they should ignore the story completely which must make a lot of sense then running hastag story.

Times and media who hate BCCI shouldn't run the negative story on BCCI XI but can indirectly slap them by covering Australia Vs. New Zealand and giving them more time slot and importance like Star does with BCCI.

Times Now might think that making such headlines will help them to generate TRP and things must be as controversial as its on 2007 but they should realize that things are different this time Team was already f**%#ed completely during Test Series and Tri Series but they start the winning moment by beating poor's, only one match which they won proudly was that against SA rest was predeclared.

Times Now should wait for sometimes to catch the nerves of peoples this is not 2007 were people only knows about ICC and cares about its tournament after IPL people don't much bothered those events because they knows that they will get real entertainment anyway in the fancy dress tournament.

Times and other Media shouldn't cover the anti BCCI stories now because it will any how backfire their brand name and will hurt their respect and dignity.

Times now got the dignity? it creates a sensational news and when nothing is there, it would create its own news. It is a brand name of shame.
