Am I Getting channels from vertical polarity ?

I waited for 3 days but no response from technician of T(S. I think either they might have gone for holidays or for playing muhalla cricket.
So I took chance and tried to align the LNB by myself.
I rotated the LNB by half an inch & got almost 80% signal quality in H-TP.
So now all subscribed SD & HD channels are working.

Disclaimer: I do not own any channels.

IMO its from H-polarity only.
I guest due to V-TP signal, H-TP signal quality drops, as LNB was not aligned properly.
But now with 80% signal quality for H-TP, I am getting all T(S channels.
