Let them first align the dishes of the subscribers who faced No Signal issue.

But they are using gsat 10 as backup so anything happens to insat 4a im between so they can operate from gsat 10 with all channels present in insat 4a if at ll they move it to gsat 10 so then from where will they create space coz most of the space will be used by existing channels
