yes, present on insat4a there is One Tp In 8psk For HD & One found today by sir, its also for HD Channels.

According to me they will not activate all TPs and mostly keep 1 or 2 TPs as reserve .

Isn't TS use 8PSK for the existing HD tp? So from the above found TPs by Mr Bhat they will use only 1 TP for new HD channels as of now?

i think they will keep 1 tp left in 12 tps for future use(mpeg4 conversion) & after 1 or 2 years they will start MPEG4 Also on SD too.

Tata sky was expecting [interview of ceo] above 40 HD channels in future so they will be reserve atleast 3 tp for future for HD channels.

I think they will use All 12 existing TPs from Insat 4A for SD channels and add atleast 2 TPs for HD : DVBS2 8PSK . Probably they will ad 10-15 channels right now and 8-10 HD from G sat .

from the frequencies it seems that they r act ver polarity on insat 4a

No i cant confirm . I have no such Hardwares to find out exact Satellite.
