Even i like services more ,like majority of people might , then the credit mechanism put in place.But unfortunately i'm not getting the service's due to this upgrading thing going on. So least the company can do is compensate consumer back to which service's they weren't able to enjoy.And this thread is specifically focused on credit begin re-directed towards consumer account ,those who are facing issues with the signal/services and me making aware those segment of the people facing this issue to go and ask for the credit because they weren't able to enjoy the service.And mind you in today's world , nothing is given , YOU HAVE TO DEMAND FOR IT.That's it .
