I think u r only facing this issue, r u using CRT tv or Led, if it is CRT then ur tv is in zoom mode..

On CRT TV you won't get complete scorecard you will get some cuts.

Check zoom settings on your d2h box. If you find it correct then something is wrong with the TV, to confirm if TV has the fault, check for scrolling under news channels.
