News BCCI wants Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Sourav Ganguly as cricket advisors

I am not expecting anything from Dravid and Tendulkar in fact BCCI was the one who made Tendulkar a brand despite of many flaws on his career and talent.

Similarly Ganguly is a businessman and cares about only money. He ready to do anything for money even ready to act in a movie.

Kapil Dev volunteered to assist team India after retirement and BCCI was not interested in his service and that's when he joined the rival ICL

But later he was declined.

Biggest problem that with Kapil Dev was and is that he's English is weak he not able to make a good international career in commentary and being Voice of BCCI, Shastri and Gavaskar become bigger then him because their English are manageable.

But why our team is only dependent on foreign coaches why cant they bring one Indian player to coach our team are we relying only on foreign coaches

Also I heard that there is an Indian company in Chennai offering its services to cricket boards using advanced technical analysis. But Australian Board hired them for world cup & they won...

I don't think majority of the current Indian cricket speak good English, hence language is not a barrier for coaching
