Take help from XDA-Developers now.

Does service centers solves such issues ?

Use power plus home button and volume up button simultaneously it will take you to recovery mode and there wipe the data partition and wipe the cache partition and tab will be in the brand new state

Only 3 keys are there, Power, Volume up and down.

One hole of reset also there but don't know what it does, nothing happening.
