EntMnt Xclusive D2h moved 4 SD channels from 11483 V TP to 11672 H TP

For HD Channels TPs are 11164 H and V ; 11483 H and V

then these 4 existing channels will stay in this TP and will be removed from existing TP to make space for Star Sports HD 4

It means in d2h, 4 SD channel means 1 HD channel.

And Creating space to add SS HD 4 in 11163 V TP
