OK Bro, i ave got info that already channels are bring shifted/tested on it by tata sky

How can they shift channels on those TPS as they are still not yet used

What? When someone hops onto it then only it will be used bro. I did not get any sense in what u wanted to ask.
Even if they add all the channels on AS7/8, it doesn't matter to most of them as none of the dishes are pointing to AS7/8

I am asking you is they are updating everything from 83° so how they will shift some channels to 105° which is out of their reach

Yes and for that each and every dish has to be realign once again and I dont think it will happen very soon
They can add channels on any satellite, you just need to uplink to that particular satellite and it has nothing to do with current satellite location

But then for viewing it one has to realign to that location right so it will take entire year or 2 for them to do this
Ofcourse, first let us see whether any action is going on AS7/8
