Yes. That's what MDU means bro. Every house has to use same DTH connection. Some are using but they have installed it on their windows.

They must have given good offer to society and Tata SKy is good also. Mine is a society of rich people bro. They care for service and features than channels and pricing.
in some buildings i have seen Airtel MDU also.
