I told airtel that STB is stolen in house theft and asked them to collect FIR copy. They never called since then.

What is the proof that, this dish & LNB is purchased by that subscriber only?

There may be code number on LNB & dish.
But, if subscriber have changed LNB illegally, by dealer or outside, then its difficult to identity it

One need to watch their property. If someone tried to snatch it then either we thrash them or file police complaint.

I have seen so many Sun Direct dishes lying on terraces here which is not connected. I don't think any DTH operator is taking back their equipments now
