Yes Bro It comes automatically, in the task bar near the clock and date part towards left side of it.

on my personal laptop, build number is showing as Test build some number for Windows 7. Will I get the free upgrade to Windows 10?

Have you turned on your automatic updates and one file needs to be updated

Not now bro, It would update it for you once the download is available. I think it should notify for automatic updation.
