As there is always a need of electrical engineer in every sector
& I would like to become Teacher or its related job

Good Bhai, Mech always have a scope, Civil only suitable for Govt. very less scope needs high rankings interesting subject though.

As a Administration work, you have to use laptop.

Not exactly. I don't have much things to do as our moderators are very active and keep the forum organised and clean.

But I try to come online on lappy in evening as I am doing lots of other work on the lappy too. Rest of the time in on mobile browser or tapatalk

Worst. .and that would be the softest word to describe. Financial condition of the state has deteriorated. He has left off the age old demand for special status to Goa. His council of ministers have become famous for what we can call "putting ones feet into ones mouth" (like tourism minister Mr Dilip Parukekars statement on recent gangrape stating the rapists as NAADAN).
In short, the state has gone worst.
