Yes for non adults. And this can be checked by parents as well. There should be a strict mechanism where teenagers are kept away from adult and porn contents. WhatsApp and other such apps should be immediately banned for using any kind of porn or adult content. Anyone found using should be traced and punished.

Smartphones should have such mechanism. I think an antivirus can do this kind of action but then these teenagers are over-smart to disable that too.

So, its parents responsibility not to give smartphones to teenagers till they turn 18.

These words are very good to listen but hard to apply.

I think we already discussed a lot regarding censorship in TV just imagine what would happen if sex start showing in TV ?

Kisi bhi cheeze ko chupana chaoge to uski masterkey sabse pehle ban jaat hai...Just like our law system...It is hard to prove some X person is criminal or rapist..
