But what kind of blackout was that. Is it happening every morning. I hardly watch TV in morning but when I opened my TV today in morning it was all black and just EPG.

That why I will never go for Dish TV even if they add another 50 HD channel. Where there is no service, there is no me.

Well it may be a STB issue, it happens sometimes wit me too that blank screen appears but nothing comes, EPG banner is available. Its not an issue from tata sky end

It's an issue from Tata Sky only if multiple users are facing it.
