Bro first make sure your windows is updated ie automatic updates is on and for windows 7 please make sure this 2 files KB3035583 and KB2952664 is there and it is updated

Updated both these 2 files, still upgrade icon is missing. Also, there are still 190 MB of updates which is pending. Do I need to update those as well?

Deepu bro have you got that file from Dropbox if not then go to the comment section someone has sharwd the file link also make sure you reserve your windows once the icon comes near the taskbar click on that icon and go to gwt windows 10 add your mail id and confirm it once done your upgrade will be reserved
