If I try to corelate the pattern...first they update the software to bring new satellite options...then migrating all channels to mpeg4 but not converting the tp...also to convert the tp there is certainly no need to convert all channels to mpeg4 and wait till the end. Now if there is any logic in the pattern of their actions, perhaps they want to convert channels to mpeg4 but not utilize insat 4a. Are they moving to other satellite?

I guess moving all the channels to MPEG4 is done to add channels using existing capacity on Insat 4A. And also if they have plans to move to different satellite, it would be easier for them to start using the new satellite directly on MPEG4
