Ninad bro, if u own a channel and have pocket full of money then tata sky will add ur channel even if they have to create space in a crunch situation. & network deal got fired at last minute as tata sky would have demanded loads of money and talks would have failed.
Tata Sky is a useless DTH operator, better they throw their arrogance in a dustbin and follow Videocon d2h . Videocon has cordial relations with all broadcasters, adds channels fast plus they even add carriage fee channels as they work out deals which r mutually acceptable to both parties and keep package prices affordable.
Tata Sky will not change until a new CEO comes or people teach them a lesson by boycotting them

Tata sky is deliberately doing that to tease DD they have enough space to add all pending DD channels but they will not add it also they have moved one DD channel to active screen and bought another one to full screen so hisaab barabar

These was no clear communication when DD Kisan was launched but later on it was notified that DD Kisan is new mandated channel to be must carried on all DTH and MSO and it's not a replacement to any existing DD Channels.
So, mandatory channels count has increased by +1 after DD Kisan
