as per OP if they add SMS HD, Nat Ge Wild HD, &TV HD, &Pictures HD, History TV18 HD TLC HD then i have no issue to pay extra for HD access fee .
but people who watch very few HD channel like sports only HD chanel or only HIndi HD channel HD access fee hike whould be unfair .

Yes. For instance I want to watch only Gemini HD and Sports HD channels. But with the kind of packacing TS has, I have decided not to subscribe to HD Access Fee

Then what will TS get by adding HD channels for those SD channels which are already present?

I think they will only add &TV HD and since SMS HD is ala carte channel so people have to pay Rs. 60 + Rs. 125 HD Access Fee. I don't think anymore HD channel coming in near future also subscriber of SMS HD must not demand any other channels too because every night they will get to see a World Television Premiere
