It had only one cable in port and one cable outport, that means only one tuner.

And hathway said that one can record 2 shows while watching 3rd one, but in reality it was record 1 show and watch another.
May be recording 2 and watching 3rd may apply after software update, as hathway promised this feature.

Without double tuner can't possible because they have to allow 2 ports for the connection from amplifier or what ever they termed, basically 1 user must get 1 channel twice in the STB then only software allow to record 1 channel while watching another.
