Also I havd heard that if cortana is not launched in india one can get that by changing the home language as English(USA) or English(UK)

Marketing is that all Genuine users will get Windows 10 for free, reality is that from Manufacture to Specification should match with Windows, if people like me who using AMD we have to shit dry until Microsoft decides for free upgradation or not.

The hardware should also be optimized with the hardware, suppose if low RAM gets a win 10 update then it might lead to crash or dead of the motherboard. So all the facts should be taken into consideration before upgrading.

1ghz and 1 gb ram is essential to run windows 10

Then they should not written in the website that Windows 7 compatible hardware users can run Windows 10.

Its like Manufactures or Chipset companies have to pay bucks to Windows then only this Free Upgrade will come..
