HELP No signal from nss6 while installation

Friends,got a used tru hd box.I tried to install it g tatasky dish and with monoblock lnb by myself.the problem is I am getting good signal strength & quality(86% & 76%) from four asiasat tps.but nothing from nss6http://********.com/images/smilies/angry.gif-which having most of the channels.what would be the reason???need help from fellow members

jairaj are you receiving channels from DD FD? Please check whether there is any LNB settings in your Dish Tru+HD box

Means ? box is dumb so no settings available on it.

But box have no such settings also first we needs to tune NSS 6 signals first if we start getting then Asiasat 5 will also available.

This is how unofficial technician also did he just changed LNB and ran away tats a reason for small droplets I end up with signals from HD TPs.
