But no sign at all read on their FAQs that upgrade will vary according to manufacture and hardware and will sent upgrade after 29th July means registering Windows 10 is hawa hawai Marketing..

I think you are the lone user who has not got Windows 10 notification here. Isn't it.

It asked me to register when the notification occurred. But I don't remember exactly that I registered anything else before on their website

Does this means even if you don't register, by default win 7 and above users will start getting the win 10 updates?

But have you updated all your windows updates files without updating how will you get the icon and after 29th july it will tell the same thing to update and then get the icon

Every thing is upto date I let Windows to scan my lappy any time.

Infacts I am receiving updates from Lenovo then what kinds of problem Windows having ??
