I need help. My Dish TV Set Top Box is not updating EPG Service (even on rebooting), which results in the disappearance of a of HD ,despite restarting. Usually the set top box would recover whenever it was restarted, but it is not doing so anymore. I have already done a reboot, as well as scanning channels from the Help section. I can't figure what the problem is, can anyone help?
