Star and Zee have vested interest in Tata Sky and Dish TV. May be both these dth are providing good revenue benefits to their sis channels and giving networks like sony, indiacast etc. hardtime and sidelining them. While airtel too is close to indiacast and zee but still there is no vested interest while Videocon us neutral

Yes that may be the reason and because of that they are not adding the other hd channel whose sd channel is already on base pack latest example is history tv

240 - sony
125 - sony hd

240 - without sony channel + sony on a la carte
125 - without sony hd + sony hd on a la carte

so no need of removal of the sony channels
put them as premium channels just like hbo hd channels or SWP HD

not possible bro. the prices ( then ) for the packs ll b atleast 3 times costlier as in comparison with today's prices.
