Indiacast had fight with dish tv but they did not fought with other dth operators so do not think that if MSM has issues with tata sky then it will have fight with others.

Not including MSO's in this as they have regular fights and there r host of reasons for it which have minimal relation to the disputes broascasters have with dth ops.

Neo, times group and Mastii had fights with tata sky but not with others. It all depends on how one handles relations and it is known fact that tata sky is a difficult operator to deal with. Many chs have to wait for months and years to get their chs added on its platform and we know tata sky adds whatever channel it wants and for others they cite excuses just like they do to their customers. Plus they safeguard their vested interest they have in STAR.

So as i have said don't blame just MSM for it.

What dispute ? all major channels of times group are there in Tata SKy. and if Mastii don't have ability to pay carriage fee, they deserve to be outside.

Tata Sky added Movies Now after 3 years and Romedy Now too very late.

Mastii has been willing to be on tata sky platform but tata sky is not adding it. Earlier mastii waited and then even took tata sky to court on this.

But they are there. Star Sports 2 was added after 6-7 months on d2h. Does that indicate that d2h is having fight with Star ?

So, what was the court order ? And its Their company and their business whether to include a channel or not. They don't have History HD too. Does that too indicate that Tata SKy is fight only with their HD team and not SD team.

People will blame Tata Sky if they put Sony channels on a-la-carte only as desired by MSM

People will blame Tata Sky if they remove Sony channels as they don't want to carry them purely on a-la-carte basis

Every DTH operator will try to protect their as well as their parent companies interest as they are present because of their parent companies

I am not telling Tata Sky is a saacha company, but in this case nobody knows what is the real scenario behind scene b/w MSM and Tata Sky

We don't appreciate such harsh language in public, any operator who remove channels will listen negative feedbacks, IndianMascot who couple of days ago criticizing Hathway over MSM now understand the real story when comes to Tata Sky, last year I listen many personal things when I defended dishtv but I never used any foul language for anyone because I know one day it will comes to everyone and now those things are spelling by others.
