HELP Need your advise on surrendering dish tv box

if starter has written that he gave 1900 rs then dish cannot ask it back. as per trai order, company cannot charge any activation charge on the basis of stbs only. those who r poor even they can purchase on hire purchase agreement.

It's not about money its all about how company selling the box. After buying DVR of Tata Sky that doesn't mean that DVR belongs to you until and unless company having a T&C like this.

By the way now airtel does not call me. Its been 9 months since my connection is deactive, they used to call in beginning but since march no call

Rules depends on how we purchased all equipments. A sticker in the STB clearly mentioning that its a company's property even unstick it then also they must have a record.

Also tata sky never asked me once since 2008 whenever my connection was deactive. Videocon too stopped calling now
