HELP Need your advise on surrendering dish tv box

i have 3 dth connections so far which all r still active but i never signed any document till date. n no one has ever asked me to sign on any paper. this is the truth. i m not telling a lie. in my area no one ask to sign anything anywhere,

OK. if you can arrange a CAF copy of your DTH operators, it will be helpful to us. Let's check the same there because i too havn't seen it but read review of many users that these T&C are present in form.

So, let's arrange the same and confirm.

aur ek cheez samjhayo mere ko jab stb ki cost india mein sirf 1200 rs h aur mein uske 1200 ya usse jyada de raha hun toh mein apne CPEs ko vaapas kyun karunga. if i paid 8k for hd pvr stb n i used it 4 six months only then y the hell i wud return it them.

I think the dth which you bought Prateek Marwadi is having signature of someone else from your family coz its mandatory to sign that form be it any dth

i completely agree with you bhai. But these DTH operators are giving STB to us on rental scheme (not outright).

So, on a rental scheme, any hardware procured remains the property of service provider.

bhai ji - bcoz as per trai to take the tax benefits the life of every stbs r taken as 3 years only. so they have charged it 4 three years n after that it is waste as per trai bcoz life is of 3 years only. thats y govt. ask us to pay 50 rs per month including interest also. this is govt. funda in every industry. depreciations r being calculated like that only.

@ sanjeev bhai ji. i m 100 % sure no one of mine family have signed it. y they ll ask me to sign bcoz no customer read it b4 signing, no one has so much of time n patience. so if its mandatory then i think all these papers have been signed / r being signed by them only.

i have one paper which was taken from d2h installation guy which i took bcoz of warranty. but adtv never gave me any paper.

i took adtv multi connection on 25th of july 2015 but i dint get any paper regarding the same. also i dint ask for the paper bcoz i paid it via online so i can prove it that it is still in warranty.

i have been using dth connections from diwali 2009 but till now this paper was never required for any purposes.
now tell me y one needs that paper ?
