@AnirbanF1 not sure if this point is already discussed as I am not able to read all posts...but in your picture it appears that there is just one wire coming from roof top. Does that mean that one wire is sufficient for 3 recordings?

Yeah, as of now the third tuner is locked. One wire is enough for recording two channels now.

I have one in family. However existing device will need to be deactivated for that.

desibooyah Hey, delete the app from iPhone. Switch it off. Restart the phone and reinstall. Hope then it will work.
By the way what iPhone model u r using and on what ios version r u?

I did all of that, but no luck unfortunately. I have the 6 Plus with iOS 9 beta 5 installed which could partly be the issue here.

I think Tata Sky app soesn't support beta versions and hence the issue.

BTW can these beta version be installed without jailbreak.
