Download id 25 is most stable version d2h ever released...no any silly stb hand, no sound , no picture issues after this update....I have updated my 2233 stb before 4 months with id 25 and i resolved all above mentioned issues....so in future I will never update my stb to the higher versions as d2h's updates are full of more and new bugs.

i was asking that, how could I know the model number of my STB?

Switch off the STB means... Switch off from the mains or Switch off STB using Remote ?

Copy the file in pendrive....Switch off the stb ..then insert the pendrive...Switch on and at the sametime press the reset button on STB for few seconds ..till a software update interface appears...then the process will continue and restarts the stb...while restarting remove the pendrive...thats all...
