today my SD box got an update in the morning but no update on HD box

any changes?

My Tata Sky + HD box, after running perfectly fine for 5 long years, started going in stand by mode automatically. Finally the box was relaced with an old repaired box. Tata sky always replaces the box with a repaired box. I was told that the charge is 350 rs for this replacement.

If it is under warranty you will get a new box

If it is under warranty you will get a new box

They will provide a replacement box and it is not mandatory to provide new box. 4 years back when I had issues with initial set of STB they had replaced with refurbished STB not new one
