bro..it is just publicity only.Nobody can bring huge money with in one trip to any country.Down the line it will be implemented and lot of conditions also will apply deal will finish at any time based on the current scenarios.Now a days central govt and states govts doing publicity like this.but it is not possible in reality.

A total of 57 bilateral treaties/conventions/agreements were signed during Modi’s first year (May 26, 2014 to December 31, 2014), compared to 37 and 22 bilateral treaties during Dr. Singh’s first year of UPA-II (May 22, 2009 to December 31, 2009) and UPA-I (May 22, 2004 to December 31, 2004), respectively.

First BJP has came by slogan one vote two states.After that congress has divided AP has two states,BJP has been supported.vekayya naidu fought for special status that time Our PM manmohan singh given statement that they will give 5 years of special status.Vekayya naidu promosed that time when they will come in power they will increase it 15 years.Modi came to tirupathi and he said he know how congress divided AP so he can taken care of AP and he will provide special status and he will support to AP because Now AP in Minus of revenue. Their elections agenda also special status.
Now Modi completely changed and they are not in a mood to give anything.That is the reason When Modi said funds about funds for Bihar nobody not in a position to believe his words.Not only this when congress people done any thing wrong he shouted,when Vasundhara raje,Susha done wrong there is no wrods from Modi.what else ypou want??
