Govt is blind i guess. Peace TV which do not have downlinking rights is being downlinked by LCOs and telecasting it.

I used to love a channel called CW plus my cable operator used to show Hallmark Channel. Really miss those channels

and thus Indian Govt make a joke of itself. If they can't track illegal channels, how came they gonna track terrorists.

As far as Kashmir is concerned they are still with Pakistan and hence they can watch those channels.
