Guys please help

For the last few weeks some channels & their epg disappearing from HD record, tried to reset, after channel no 828 it will go to channel no 99

Contact Cc for Hard reset, hope they undershoot, but problem still exist.

Restart the STB...

Let me rephrase my question
I am not getting Channel number from 832 to 866
If I enter manually let say 832 stb stating this channel number does not exist.

Even stb epg channel list these channel is missing.
After reset more channel disappeared from 828 to 830
Funny thing is I am getting channel from 99 to 826

Help

i guess there must be problem with the stb, just reset it and do a power cycle. If not contact the CC for an engg's visit.

What about lnb? if it is faulty lnb will such error shows ( dual lnb) ?

If it is faulty lnb then you won't get the channels itself.
