HELP tata sky signal problem

Now my problem is little bit strange.When i am checking test signal,it is showing signal strength is 60 and signal quality is Zero and I am having pixllation in b4u and Zing music channels.I have called one technician which I well known him,he came and checked the signal and make strength 60+ and quality 70+ but again it is showing strength 60and quality zero now B4u and Zing channels are coming completely blank.When recetting the box again it is showing strength is 60+ and quality is 70.Technician is saying it is the problem with STB and i have to change it.
Now I have called to TS and they will send one technician to my house.Is it really the problem with Box??

agree.CC also said the same thing but it should give some message at least like signal loss or sun outrage problem like this..but coming completely blank screen means surely some problem is there.

Check after 1 PM whether same issue is there. If not then its a Solar Outage effect.

It may be bro sometimes box becomes faulty and we are not aware of that
