hi all

it is just to share with all of u that :

a person like me can take maternity option under my health insurance.
Waiting period - 36 months
whether married or unmarried - both

ex. like in my area - approximately 1-1.5 lacks wud b the total expenses during the time of delivery
so if i want to reduce my cost then i shud take a maternity health insurance which can significantly reduce my expenses.

IRDA rule so it has to b applicable to all companies.

Maternity leave is for woman and paternity is for male employees.
