Its an known issue and unfortunately it can't be rectified. So, please refer below thread for optional solutions.

MUMBAI: With a lot of live sports content at its disposal, Star India is gearing up to launch a new sports channel under the Star Sports brand on 11 March.
Christened Star Sports 2, the channel will have international football as its driver content. It will also show other sports content.
Star has the broadcast rights to football properties like English Premier League, Spanish league La Liga and French league Serie A for India besides FA Cup rights.

We are forgetting that ESS JV will no more, in this situation either ESPN shut down all channels or change name. In short ESPN brand will not be available in asia. In this situation may star group launch new channel but they need to change name of ESPN or shut down. So it is mostly possible star launch new channel and after that [in june] ESPN will off air. Hence they get double benefit, fresh content and fresh deal with DTH/cable operator. [may demand more charge]

Subsequently, the ESPN brand name was dropped across Asia except India where Star is awaiting government clearance on the ESS acquisition before taking a call on change of brand name."We have still not decided what we will do with ESPN. Ultimately ESPN brand will be dropped. Either star or fox gonna remain. And i agree with every point what Sbhopale told. It's going to be like that only.
