HELP Recording issue

Resetting stb many times will lower picture quality and mske sound quality damper. Picture will also become bluish

Guys before this issue my USB port was not working ,I've already replaced the box once will they replace it again

if it under warranty they have to replace it innumerable times until the expiry of the same.
