Every state wants their migrant and permanently settled population to learn their language. It's not wrong. Treat the same as learning and you will never complain. I am from a different state, settled in karnataka and learned to converse in kannada. Now pending is read and write, that too will happen over a period of time.

National language is one & only Hindi. There is no doubt about it, here basic problem in tamilnadu non native are still choosing their optional paper German or French. They Avoid Tamil. so politician are angry with CBSE school.

it depends upon the standard in which kid is studying, if he transfers here at lower standard then no prb in learning new lang.
